1. Are these product high quality?
Yes, All the products are super quality of brand names.
2. How can I get price list?
All prices for our products are negotiable and determined only by your Order quantity, the more you order, the more you save, we give lowest prices you will get. To get your special quotation, Please choose the items you are interesting, and submit the orders on our website, and Our Sales Dept. will get back to you with the quotation according to your Order quantity, You can email to us and understand more.
3. What is the minimum order? Can I order a pair/ piece as a sample?
Our minimum order is 6 pairs/pieces. However, you are welcome to order a pair/piece as sample before placing a large order. Your satisfaction is our top most priority.  

4. How will my order be shipped? How long does it take to receive my order?
You can track your order at http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp. Normally, after 3 days you can track your package. We will e mail you tracking no to you. Your order will be processed within 1-2 days upon receiving your payment. Shipping is made via EMS http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp.  It usually takes 7 -10 business days to receive your order.  Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES. ANY UNCLAIMED PACKAGED WILL NOT BE RESENT! ALL PACKAGE WILL BE SEND TO BILLING ADDRESS ONLY, AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO CLAIM YOUR PACKAGE. WE WILL NOT RESEND ORDERS FOR FREE IF RETURNED DUE TO BEING UNCLAIMED BY CUSTOMERS!

5. Do you ship to locations other than USA and Europe?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
6. Are all items on web available?
Most of the items are available in stocks and can be shipped within 2 day once payment received. If any product is out of stock we will let you within 2 days.
7. Can you reserve my order for me until I can pay for it?
Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it to us and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we do not receive your payment we will not hold it.
